I only made 8, but I think I could probably get at least 12 nests out of a bag of moss, which makes this much cheaper than buying individual nests.. Plus, they’re super cute and exactly the kind of happy springy look that I was going for!.
I used it as a table cloth….. And a lantern filler….and I fluffed a bit up and made a runner for the sideboard/buffet/whatchamacallit back there too..

The wheaty looking stuff came from down by the creek. Not many wild flowers out there like there were last year at this time..I admit I may have gotten a little bit whimsical on this buffet here.

I really had no plans for this room, so I just went with whatever felt right at the time!.I think this table runner belonged to my great grandma.

I think she made it?
I’ve been wanting to use it for Fall for a few years, but I couldn’t figure out how exactly to make it work.Even with a giant chalkboard like this, it’s only a 5 minute job..
Closet doors: fully-seasoned and ready to go!Chris was a little confused as to why I would paint our closet doors black, but he’s just not cool like you and I, so he doesn’t get how neat it is..
So what did I decide to draw on them, this first time around?.Why, closet doors of course!
